Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide (except some Asian countries and remote locations). Orders process in 1-2 business days from our New York headquarters. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 days after shipment ($12.95). Free EMS shipping for orders over $50 takes 15-25 days after shipment.
How is my order packaged?

Will I receive tracking information?
