- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the sensitive nature of photographic materials, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- All film products (e.g., 110 Film, 120 Film, 35mm, 35mm Film, 4×5 Film, Instant Film, Polaroid films including 8×10, SX-70, and new Polaroid stock)
- Motion Picture film
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item.
