Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship globally, but cannot deliver to addresses in Asia or remote areas due to shipping constraints.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that every photograph tells a story, and we want your experience with us to be as flawless as a perfectly exposed shot. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns policy is designed with the same care we apply to our products.

Return Window & Conditions

  • Return Period: 15 days from the date of receiving your order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (camera straps, cases, etc.)
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of photographic materials, the following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All film products (110 Film, 120 Film, 35mm, 35mm Film, 4×5 Film, Instant Film)
  • Polaroid films (8×10, SX-70, and new Polaroid stock)
  • Motion Picture film
Returns are only accepted for these items if they are defective upon arrival.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number and details
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred action (refund or exchange)

Our enthusiast team will respond within 1-2 business days.

2. Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all accessories. Cameras must be free of damage and in resalable condition.

3. Ship the Item

We recommend using a tracked shipping service (DHL, FedEx) as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Inspection & Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refund Details

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after return approval. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB
  • PayPal (refunds go back to your PayPal account)

Deductions

The original shipping fee ($12.95 for standard transport) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item (e.g., camera that doesn’t function) or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange, including any shipping costs.
