• Services: We provide global shipping (excluding Asia and remote areas due to constraints) and customer support for inquiries.

All products are described as accurately as possible, but colors and appearances may vary slightly due to the nature of analog materials. We take pride in curating items with care, but some products, like film, are sensitive and subject to expiration or batch variations.

3. Order and Payment Terms

When you place an order, you agree to the following:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Fee of $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely, and you authorize us to charge the total amount at the time of order.
• Order Changes/Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us at [email protected]. After this period, orders cannot be modified due to processing.
• Shipping Limitations: We ship globally but cannot deliver to addresses in Asia or remote areas. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address; errors may result in additional fees or lost shipments.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (e.g., camera straps, cases).
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all film products (e.g., 110 Film, 120 Film, Polaroid films) and motion picture film cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
• Return Process: Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The original shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaroid Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
